Shortcode doesn't work in Safari and mobile

Hello, shortcode [member] and [nonmember] doesn’t work in Safari (Desktop and mobile, i.e. iPad) and in Chrome (iPad).
It works in Chrome or Firefox, but only in browser desktop version.
What is the problem?
