Qtranslate, qtranslate slug and SEO by Yoast or better another SEO plugin?

Hello,

I have Qtranslate, Qtranslate slug and Seo by Yoast. They told me that to have SEO title, focus key-words and descriptions in various languages I have to write for example [:en] Hello[:it] Ciao. It works but I don’t get a good evalutaion of my Seo by the plug in of Yoast and for each page I see this:
Your focus keyword was found in:
Article Heading: No
Page title: No
Page URL: No
Content: No
Meta description: No

Are these evaluations correct or do I have to ignore them? Or it is better to use another SEO pluigin?
