   Plugin "Where did they go from here" is not working with WP-Super-Cache. Anybody have the solution?

   Of course because that's the whole point of WP-Super-Cache -- it produces static versions of your page. Code doesn't run on static pages, so plugins that rely on being run on pages won't work (i.e. checking referers and such).

   You'll have to ditch one or the other or just use a JS/image based tracking package like Google Analytics or even better, WordPress.com Stats.
