Please add %POST_TYPE% formatting tag and some filters

With the support for CPTs, I think a new %POST_TYPE% formatting is needed. Or even better, a simple filter so users can add their custom formatting tags/handlers for messages.

With SNAP options hidden for some user roles, it will be great to have some filters to control SNAP options from code for each post before being sent to social networks.

Generally, some filters to control the message format, and to select which social network to publish to and some other options, or some actions to manually trigger the publish will be really handy.

So we can provide a simple interface to end-users (only to choose the social network they want to publish to), but we have full control over the options at the code level before sending a post to social networks.
