Anyone having the problem of not being able to upload any images into posts? I am able to link to images, but not upload my own images. When I try it gives me an "HTML Error". I have tried on multiple computers using IE 7

The solution offered there works for some but not all and if your not a techie forget it, its all very arcane.
Not being able to upload an image is quiet a flaw. its not clear if its a bug in WP or something else.
