Can't access the dashboard

    I just downloaded the new update for wordpress. I am using a theme called Salon n Spa. I need to update my phone number on the website, but now it’s not giving me access to it after I updated. Is there anything I can do to make this change. Also I am having a lot of issues since updating. Is there any way to downgrade?

    hmmm

    Well if you made a backup prior to updating then you can roll back to the previous version by restoring the files and database…

    I would try to remember the last thing you did before you could not login and undo it.

    go to your plugins folder by ftp and rename it
    try to login
    go to your themes folder and rename it
    try to login

    If none of that works you are going to need to hunt down the problem by looking at error logs or restore a backup.

    My problem is that my Theme Options aren’t visible anymore. I’m not sure why it is doing this. I didn’t backup my files unfortunately. I click on Theme Options and it shows it, but after a second everything disappears. I’m not sure why. I have tried looking on Safari, Chrome, and Internet Explorer and none of them are working.
