   Alex Rabe asks people to post support questions here, so here goes:

   (Using 0.95 version.)

   Is there no way to sort the presentation order of photos in a gallery once they have been uploaded? I understand that you can change global preferences for how sorting takes place in all galleries, but it appears that the only solution is to delete the photos and re-upload. That's a lot of work that could otherwise be solved by a relatively simple thing such as sort order boxes along each photo.

   I see in the new (0.95) version a global setting for sorting called "custom" but there's no documentation of what that means. Does this solve the problem? And if so, how does it affect galleries that have been already created under the default sorting order by ID?

   After you set the sort order to "custom" a new button "Sort images" is available at the manage gallery page

   I am wondering what happens after you upload under an old sorting method and then change to custom. Right now in the custom sort order the images at the bottom actually show first in the slideshow. So the photos are in reverse order they are displayed. If I deleted the gallery and reuploaded would this change?

   I've tried using the sort images option which is a drag and drop - but it seems a little hard to use and pictures don't always move... is there a trick to this sorting that I have not figured out? Thanks
