Button to print multi-page posts as single file?

    I have a few posts where the <!–nextpage–> tag splits up the post into several pages. I have a great CSS print stylesheet already, but when I print the first page, it just prints that page. Is there a way to have a button on the bottom of multi-page posts which says “view all” or “print as one file” which would pull all the pages together as a single page?
