File encoded for 5.4 can't run under 5.5 it seems

This is quite a strange error
The file /path/to/wordpress/wp-content/plugins/seo-alrp/php/admin/registration.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 4 and cannot run under PHP 5.5.No idea what to do. Disabled for now.
