Best way to share contact form submissions with a group?

I have several contact forms on my site http://www.birthcarenetwork.com that I need responses to go to various groups.
A couple I could just have submit to multiple email address’ and that’d be fine but one in particular I need to go out to a larger group of people and the group is continuously changing.

In the past I was able to get the form to send through to a Facebook group that I manage with these individuals (this is currently ideal) and I used an smtp plugin to make it send through my personal email (so the fb group would accept it) but now those submissions are no longer coming through. I’ve tried sending test emails through the smtp plugin (I have two and am not sure which was the one that did the trick. but neither are working now) and they won’t come through.

Any help, advice, suggestions?
