Voting option not appearing

I have used the plugin successfully in the past but I am having difficulties now for some reason. I am using latest versions of Nextgen Gallery and Voting plugin. I think I have the code in the right place. Screen grab link here.
My gallery settings have ticked off the exclude box on a number of images so they should work here but the results are here here Any help would be appreciated.
