Comments not approving; pages not loading

I am getting aggravated here, maybe someone can tell me what could possibly be wrong.

Earlier today I had two comments in moderation, I approved them. I did not get emails for them. Then tonight I log back in to post and I see two comments in moderation, guess what, same comments. I keep clicking approve and it keeps changing to unapprove but the 2 by the comments never changes and reloading the page they are unapproved again. Also, in between my two admin panel experiences here, someone else left a comment which I did get the email for. That comment is now gone and I didn’t delete it.

Then to add to this, I can get to the comment moderation page and the post new page but that’s about it. Clicking on settings or plugins or users or even trying to click save on the page or on manage and immediately it asks me to download the PHP file. It doesn’t even try to load, just asks me to download immediately.

Anyone else experienced this? Any tips?
