Can Newsletter do this?

    I will be creating a stream of weekly newsletters. When new subscribers [free, no charge to subscribe] signup, I want to start them with newsletter #1, then each week send the next in line.
    That means continually, subscribers will be getting different letters, depending on how long ago they signed up.

    Can I accomplish this with this plugin?

    What you need is an autoresponder. Newsletter has a followup exetend module, but it is limited to 10 emails. So the answer is no. 🙂
