I've uploaded several plug-ins into the necessary folder; however, I'd like to manually add it to my sidebar since I had to comment out the dynamic sidebar code. Originally, I thought I'd do this by going into the plug-in editor, copying the PHP from the plug-in that I wanted to add, and then pasting it into the sidebar. But this does not work, as I receive an error that says that some functions have been previously defined elsewhere.
Has anybody added plug-ins this way? Any idea what I might be doing wrong?
