Disable mandatory address in Locations

    Hi there,

    Forgive me, I have searched and searched for the answer and I am sure it is out there but I can’t seem to find it. Just pointing me to a link is fine.

    When adding a location in Events Manager, is there a way to disable the address as being mandatory? I would like people to be able to still search by their area, so I like to add locations (City, State, Country) but an exact address is not always applicable.

    Thanks for the reply, and I would have assumed that’s where the answer wold lie as well, but I still must be missing something.
    I don’t see anything about disabling a required address when adding a location. I would still like to enter the city and state, so users can search. I have played around with the custom fields and placeholders, is that what is necessary?

    Think I found a workaround, publish through quickedit
