How do I know my backup is working?

    I installed Updraft Plus and I have it backing up to my Dropbox.

    When I look at my Dropbox “Apps” folder I see 5 folders for each backup date. And the file names have “themes”, “plugins”, “uploads”. Though I don’t see a folder for a database backup.

    Is there a way i can verify that the backup is in fact correct. Or is the mere fact that the “Apps” folder exists indicates success.

    (I’d rather discover now that my backup is not working rather than when I need it).
