Hey! I just updated the Preference Lite theme and my menu went crazy! Everything not where is should be. Am trying to get back – and can’t seem to. Any suggestions?? Thanks.
What is the link to your site? Also make sure that you have a custom menu created and that the menu location is set to Primary.

Well I was worried about people signing up for our tutor training but we just got one signed up so I’m relieved. Menu snafu didn’t seem to bother them! But we’ll get it fixes. If I have to go pro – maybe this is the time to do it! I’m just worried about how to get the downloaded files into wordpress. Thanks mary frances
No worries… I wanted to make sure things got working for you. I’m running the latest version on the live demo site for it and there was no issues, but hearing something happened for you got my attention.
I just went to your site and looks like the menu is there for me and working with submenus showing as well. Is it working as it should for you now? Perhaps it was a cache issue.
As for the Pro version, you can always visit my site and contact me from there should you have any questions since this forum is only for the existing Lite version. For Preference Lite, let me know that your menu is working for you.
Thank you so much! Your patience with we novice coders is much appreciated. Yes it was a cache issue! I just checked on my husband’s apple and everything seems fine. Just really got into a panic and didn’t work the problem – Thank you so much for being there.
Going to make the plunge and go with pro software. We have our Annual Meeting of the Literacy Council this Thu and am going to ask for the money to upgrade. Again, you are a patient angel and I love your software! Will be in contact on the pro website soon.

I am having a menu issue after updating, too. Not sure what the problem is…the menu is not displaying correctly at all. My site is westminsterhomeconnection.org. Would be great to have any assistance. Thanks!
