    Hi,

    Unfortunately, this functionality is not available, but if you are adding a text widget, into which you insert contact form’s shortcode, there is a field to enter Title at the top. If you fill it out, you will get the necessary title.

    If you want to add a contact form to sidebar, it is necessary to add a text widget and insert contact form’s shortcode there.
