    Hey there,

I have done a thorrow search trough these forums and in Google to try and find the answer to this problem but I can’t seem to find the issue.
I think it must be a template mistake or error, somehow the sidebar gets moved below the content of the Links Page created for your plug in.
Here’s a link to my site
    http://merlin.chibichiii.nl/links-2/’
I have tried fixing it with css styling but everytime I get the Links page to look properly it also changes the other pages to not properly anymore.
I am using WordPress latest version, Buddypress and Bbpress latest version with the latest version of your plugin. Also I am using the Buddypress compatible theme Elgee Elbee. All the other pages are working fine I just can’t get the links directory and create page to fit into the normal wrapper.
The Links in the profiles are appearing just fine it’s just on the page.

Would you please help me out? I’d be very grateful.

  • Hi there,

I’m have the same issue. the widgets get bellow the content and the page looks like a no-sidebar page. just a page with one column content.

    Thanks for any help.

    @chibichiii & @threadsgeneration,

Still, if you have this problem with BuddyPress Links version 0.9; then try this,

Remove </div></div> where right after the comment line // close old containers in buddypress-links/themes/bp-links-default/index.php file. (somewhere in line number 56)

    works! thanks.

    Works here too,

    Thank you very much @chathuranga

    i appreciate it

Problem solved after the last update Great Job!

Theme twentyfourteen isn’t a buddypress supported theme AFAIK. So I took out the </div> after the else statement and the content-sidebar (right) came back.

It had been pushed all the way to the bottom of the page. The primary-sidebar had disappeared altogether and did not return, so I have a blank left column.

I’m not a wordpress developer, so I don’t understand wordpress core or buddypress yet.
I tried calling the primary-sidebar, but didnt work. Dont know how to do far call?
Or register the sidebar with buddypress in the first place.

    Any ideas?
