    This should be fixed in the latest version, please upgrade the plugin and let me know if you are still seeing the issue. If you are still seeing the issue, I may need more information to help troubleshoot the issue. What version of WordPress are you using? What theme? can you try temporarily disabling any other plugins to see if its a plugin conflict?

    Thanks for your reply Adam.
    I think I have found a solution which was to create a new user and make them an administrator (as opposed to an editor) and amend their admin menu – which works fine!
