Hi Jeremy. I actually was able to figure it out. Disabling and re-enabling jetpack did the trick for me.

@saadkhanani You do not seem to be using Jetpack Comments, or any other Jetpack module on your site, so I’m afraid I won’t be able to help.

I get the above error whenever a logged in user attempts to leave a comment with JetPack turned on. I’m using the Twenty Twelve theme with a child theme for all changes (which are minimal). I did not make any changes to commenting.
Can you please fix this ASAP? I’d really like to be able to use JetPack.
