Displaying user status and basic info as if like "DOCTOR" at Frontend

Hey Guys,

I am developing a health related blog.
During the registration i want the user to select the field he is among eg:-Doctor, Nutritionist,Cardiologist,Common-man etc.
And after registration i want to do his verification means eg:- if he is a doctor i want him to give certain documents via mail or contacting him personally within a certain period of time say 10 days, and during that time i want his status to be being verified and after verification i want to give him the role as “Author” but when the other users view his post i want his name to be displayed along with qualification:-“DOCTOR” in somewhere brackets or like that
eg:- Sandip Patil(DOCTOR).

Similar things for other fields. Is there any kind of plugin??
If not plz tell me how to do it.
Plz give solution.
