Possible PayPal glitch.

Not sure if its with PayPal or with the software. But one of my customers was going to order an item but at the last minute decided to cancel. But the order still showed up as a payment sent through PayPal. So maybe this could be a glitch with the software. What I would like for it to do if someone decides to bale out at the last minute it says cancel or gives them an option to cancel like a popup or red link telling them to cancel.
Would be something to look into to make sure all the guest check outs work. Yes I know we can simply check out PayPal emails for verification. But would be nice to have in this store which is a 9/10 for me love the store!
