   Hi,
   I have finished a complete theme for wordpress for the iPhone ,,, I wasn't happy with the available options . I have completed all the code necessary and I would like to use the new wordpress.org appearance and colors for the theme. Who should I contact for permission to use the colors.

   I don't want to personally speak for the people behind WordPress, but they probably aren't going to stress if you try and make the theme look similar to wordpress.org and, even if they did, no one can copyright colors.
