Testimonials Not Showing Up on Dashboard

    I had and used Testimonials in the last version, but when I tried to update, I had a “fatal error”. You mentioned that I needed to update to PHP 5.3. I’ve now updated it to 5.4.

    When I enabled the testimonials plugin, nothing is showing up on the dashboard. It shows that it’s enabled, but I do not have the utility necessary to update or add to the testimonials.

    Please advise. Thank you.

    P.S. Are all the former quotes I posted gone with the update? I hope not. Thanks.

    Per the HTML source, Testimonials by Aihrus isn’t activated or at least there’s no instance attempted on the home page. Can you please check that Testimonials is Activated in WordPress Admin > Plugins?

    I have activated it. It’s the same plugin I had disabled from before, when I had the old php 5.2 enabled. Now it’s at 5.4

    Would reinstalling the plugin work? (I hate to think all the quotes I placed might be nuked if I uninstall it).

    I noticed on another support page you requested someone enable the plugin on another page. (functions.php?)

    You had an old version of Testimonials installed and activated in another directory, testimonials-widget.x. As such, when installing a new version, the PHP error about class Testimonials_Widget was raised.

    I’ve removed that old Testimonials plugin and you’re back in action again.
