    This is because you are trying from the same system and in both the cases the IP is same. When you vote for the second time, the plugin detects that there is already a vote from the same IP. So it shows the already voted message.

    if sombody else login to the same system what he will do? how to solve this problem?

    This is not possible with the lite version that you download here. There is another version (PRO) using which you can store the votes with the user id. There are 2 settings those you will be using.

    – Allow only logged in users to vote
    – Check revoting with user id

    If you use the above 2 settings, then the user id will be stored for each voting and when someone will try to vote again, it will check with the user id. So if there are many people (logged in) using the same system or systems on the same network, they will still be able to vote.
