Support » Plugin: Simple Image Sizes » Only one additional image size possible?

  • Hello!

I’ve just installed the plugin and wanted to enter two additional image sizes.

I’ve entered the name for the first new size, and I was a little bit surprised when this name has been ignored and changed to “size_name” through the plugin.

When I’ve saved this size and want to add another one the following happens:
    – although I’ve entered another name for the image size it’s now called “sizesize_name”
    – when I’ve saved this new image size it’s saved as “size_name” and the first saved size has been overwritten

    Hi,

This is a weird issue, the size name have to be like a post slug.
    Ex : ‘my-custom-size’.

But on validating the sizename the plugin says “Size my-custom-size”. This is maybe a space issue, use the “size_name” value for calling the WordPress image functions.

Actually, I have the exact same issue on a recently installed wordpress 3.8

As JensM said, whatever you type for the image size is replaced “sizesize_name”
Also the buttons labels are “deleteImage”, “validateButton” so this seems weird and might be a clue…

    Hi,

Have you your jquery version overriden by a theme for the cdn version ?
I do not have this issue on my site on 3.8 too.

Do you have a screenshot ?
