Cannot update custom colours

Hi There,

The theme i have on my blog is custom and I chose my own colours initially. Now I am trying to update the colours for the font and one of the buttons and it will only update to the colours that are in the selection and I cannot change it using the hex. Also, it keeps freezing and makes my tabs double up and shuts down.
