    Hi Petar,

    As of now I didn’t look into it yet but this is definitely on the list. As of now, you can use the string translation module from WPML to translate the form and message.

    Most users running multilingual websites are currently using the Pro version and create a separate form for each language, each with their own (translated) messages.

    I’ll keep this topic open and let you know!
