Deactivate share buttons / whole function

Hi there,
just wanted to know if it’s possible to completely deactivate the Social Media Sharing buttons that do appear at the end of each post no matter what entries I choose?

Would be great to be able to switch that off in case one doesn’t need this function at all, or wants to rely on external plugin solutions …
