   I am using C-panel and have my css database correctly configured. I have uploaded the folder of Wordpress files (all of them) on the Root level and when I try to install WP by going to http://www.my website name.com/blog/wp-admin/install.php, I get the message: Not Found
   The requested URL /blog/wp-admin/install.php was not found on this server.

   Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
   Apache/1.3.39 Server at http://www.stevehulldrawings.com Port 80

   My server said that I don't have the wp-admin folder uploaded and to upload all of the WP files. I have downloaded Wordpress 2.5.1 twice and there is no folder named wp-admin.

   Can anyone help me on this matter?

   Ummm.. Yes, there is. It's in the ZIP file, along with everything else.

   http://wordpress.org/latest.zip

   Use an unzip program that knows about folders.

   Otto42.....you are absolutely correct! Another Unzip program did the trick and I am now ready to attempt to install Wordpress.

   I thank you so much for the help.....I would never have thought to do so.
