Posts to Pages for image galleries

Hi I have the images on the above page on a post.

As some of the galleries I have on my wordpress site are 2.5 years old but I add images to them to keep them fresh and most of them show up in google images, my concern is that if I change the galleries that are posts to pages which I have half done, will all the images in google images then be broken? Will “Fetch as Google” re-index them all?
