Subscribers and stats disappeared

We recently moved our blog to a new webhost and the address shortened from new.fibis.org to just fibis.org . I now see that the only blog subscribers and stats we have are those since the move.

Is there a way to fix this as we had several hundred subscribers and used it to keep our societies members informed of our latest news.
