Regarding page formatting, like many other plugins using templates, you can:

a) create a template specific to bepro listings e.g. header-listings.php
b) alter the style via the plugin’s css file

Regarding formatting of the, listings, maps and other layout options, BePro Listings has tons of features that the typical theme does not. This means that the plugin cannot use your existing blog templates and hence inherit css. If you would like help customizing the plugin, we offer that as a service:
