I am new for wordpress i want some guidance

Hello Friends,
I have recently installed wordpress 2.5.1 and i have some serious problem with it can some body help me to resolve it i will be thankful for it
just see my new wordpress blog http://www.warezmasterz.com the posts are overlapping and the image overlappes on the sidebar i want to make it like http://www.warezgarden.com there the posts are displayed very small and then the link is inserted below continue reading how can do so
plz help me out
