by changing my theme i got the buttin for media back. Also the string category is now translated.
But the problem to enter the description unerneath the title is still there. It is also a mandatory field so i can not use pages and files now.
Please help me with that.

I think that either your theme or other plugins are conflicting with Customer Area. (look out for Javascript errors in your javascript console).
