Recover Trash File

No emergency, I stored a lot of Posts in my trash and they were deleted, because hostgator decided my site pilottv.net was getting to much traffic and slowing their servers down. I am constantly backing up my site to an external drive. Is the Post Trash folder saved somewhere in my public_html and or wp-admin, wp-content or wp-includes?
