    Hello,

Thank you for your kind words about the plugin!

We are working on this functionality. It was announced to go live late November, but unfortunately by circumstances beyond our control it is not ready yet. Good news is that we are about to finish it. Please stay tuned, new upgrade is coming soon.

    Hello All,

Please a little bit of patience! I will inform you here when it’s ready. Thank you for your interest!

Just implemented an update on v1.0.4 to allow bulk configuration of media. For more information on 1.0.4.2 see: http://www.de-baat.nl/enhanced-media-library/.

This update works great, but I was wondering, can you get rid of the “Toggle [category-name]” options when you hover over each item in the media library? Can it just be “Edit | Delete Permanently | View”?

Having the “Toggle Bulk” function up top is sufficient, for me anyway. In this case the library has 22 categories… it tends to fill up the page way too much.

    Thanks!

Nice request. I’ll make that into an option. Has to wait though until maybe next week due to other priorities.

How do I manually update 1.0.4 to 1.0.4.2?

I managed to implement the toggle to switch the row toggles on and off.
This is now part of V1.0.4.3 available here: “http://www.de-baat.nl/enhanced-media-library/“.

Installing this new version can be done as follows:

    1. Download the zip file for the new version.
    2. Deactivate the plugin.
    3. Remove the original plugin files.
    4. Install the new version using the “Upload” function.
    5. Activate the plugin.

All settings and category definitions will remain unchanged.

Downloaded 1.0.4.3, removed original plug-in per directions. This new plug-in won’t install.

How long will it take to introduce bulk editing? more than three months?

Sorry, there might have been an issue when I uploaded the zip file.

I just tested it and V1.0.4.3 should be working when downloaded from http://www.de-baat.nl/enhanced-media-library/.

Don’t know when this feature will be implemented in the next official release, if at all…
