   Hi,

   As I failed to upgrade from 2.3.3 to 2.5.1(Erro message said"your WP is out of date"and I was unable to log in to admin panel) after I ran upgrade.php.

   Then I decided to install a new WP2.5.1 and it was done.

   But it became terrible when I tried to import the old WP export file. I got the below Erro msg:
   "Sorry, there has been an error.

   Unable to create directory /is/htdocs/wp1092503_3I3KWW714P/www/blog/wp-content/uploads/2008/04. Is its parent directory writable by the server?"

   Does anyone know why and can anyone help?

   well, have you set the permission of that directory to 777?

   I changed the permission of WP-Content in ftp and now it works. Tks!
