Comment Box

Hey- to start things off, my website is http://www.storiez.org

As you navigate through the different pages, you can see they are basically all the same.

The thing I want to change is where the comment box is in those pages. I want it to be above the comments, not below. My users are having to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page to leave their comments, and that frustrates them. Any insight as to what code I need to override? I have custom CSS.
