WordPress search not working with builder

The WordPress search doesn’t seem to be working with the page builder. Is there a way to output the shortcodes that the page builder outputs so I can add them to pages manually to get the search working and detecting the content inside the posts?

I tried checking the custom post types but it looks like those are just there as the titles but there is nowhere in those post types where that is stored.
