Remote scripts?

Can this plugin accommodate remotely-sourced scripts?

Normally, I would put a script like this in my header.php before the /head tag:

<script type="text/javascript" src="http://scriptsource.com/whatever-min.js"></script>

It would be nice to use this plugin rather than editing my header.php, but I can’t see how. The plugin is setup for us to enter only the script between the script tags, so I don’t know how I could pull from a remote script. Is there a way?
