Hacked Website

I have a website that’s been hacked. The homepage works, but all of the links direct to vipmedstock.com. Not sure what’s gone on here, or how to even begin fixing it.

I’ve changed my FTP password, and am downloading all the files now to do a scan.

Has anyone else encountered this issue?
