    Camu

when checking the stats since last update it triggered a server error and we had a suspicious warning of IP 144.76.74.111 directly linked to your plugin, this is a hetzner IP

please explain if you are linking to a hetzner server, if so why, so we can understand why this IP cropped up again linked to slimstat

    thanks

You need to increase your php memory limit. Check the FAQs.

    who does ?

we have plenty of memory allocated to php in our server, if your is using more than 1024mb then I would be very concerned, so i suspect you are talking to the other person in this thread, i am more concerned with a blacklisted IP being linked to the stats

andioh, next time you have a question please start your own topic as scruffy1’s question has not been adressed.

This is the reason why we ask people to start their own topics on the forum rather than interrupting ones started by other people.

Sorry for the confusion, scruffy. In your case, we don’t even know what an hetzner IP is, and I think this is related to someone trying to hack into your website.

    (@scruffy1)

no, it is not to do with hacking

hetzner is a german company, the IP is owned by them, they supply servers

    http://myip.ms/info/whois/144.76.74.111

this IP has cropped up a couple of times when using slim stat at the same time silm stat crashes, our server popups up a security warning and links the ip to the process, which coincides with slim stat

are you hosting anything connected to plugin on

    http://it.altervista.org/

if so this is the issue, the IP is blacklisted and blocked on our server, so when blocked and the plugin is trying to communicate it could cause an error ??

Nope, we’re not hosting anything on altervista that I’m aware of…
