Empty calendar?

It seems, the plugin only displays a calendar with dates. Any other text and information is only shown on hover, right?
If so, it won’t work for me, as the calendar appears “empty”.
But maybe I am mistaken…

(Ross, maybe you could make your website a bit more legible. Dark blue on dark grey isn’t the best of all contrasts.)
