Featured image only in first gallery page

    Hi, i want to display a featured image only in first gallery page (when i click on page 2 or 3 or 4 the featured image must disappear), how can i do this?

    I created my gallery-name.php page (under /plugins/nextgen-gallery/products/photocrati_nextgen/modules/ngglegacy/view ) so i can do every change i want via php
