WP Super Cache and xmlrpc.php problem

    Whenever I try to post through Windows live writer, it does not update my theme on my site: http://yashplus.com
    When I visited the link: http://yashplus.com/xmlrpc.php, it says the following –
    WP Super Cache is installed but broken. The constant WPCACHEHOME must be set in the file wp-config.php and point at the WP Super Cache plugin directory.
    What is this? I don’t know about it. Please help how can I rectify this and how I will be able to post through WLW?
