Counts don't work

Hi guys,
I have installed your plugin, and it all looks great, but all the counts are showing as zero (even 48 hours after activating), and we are an established site with usually at least 20 pinterest shares on each post (some have hundreds), but they are all showing 0.

We do use W3TC as the cache on our site, and I am wondering if that effects it at all, would love some advice on this. thanks
