How To Merge To Large WordPress Sites

    I have a task to merge two fairly large WordPress websites (each one 60k-plus posts) and setup the combined site under a new domain name.

    Due to the size of the databases (250MB+ each) WordPress export is out of the question. I have sql dump of the two databases (45MB & 60MB gunzipped), and I’m not sure how to proceed from here.

    Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

    PS: I’m working on dedicated server running Ubuntu, and I’ve full root access, so there’s no shared hosting constraints.
