Download Counts Not Updating

    Hello,

    I installed Download Monitor a few days ago and have been having a problem with it.

    For the first day, whenever someone downloaded the file, it updated the count. But since the first day, the counts are no longer updating. I know that the file has been downloaded at least 7 times, but the count shows only 3.

    I don’t know what the problem is, so if someone could help me out, I would appreciate it.
